My approach involves personalized and highly effective care, encompassing nutrition optimization, physical activity recommendations, stress management techniques, and the recommendation of dietary supplements if necessary.

A holistic approach that focuses on finding the root cause of the issue, utilizing a combination of scientific and practice-based evidence to guide responsible practice.

    The consultation package

    The best option for those who want knowledge and tools regarding specific health problems or a healthier lifestyle in general. The package consists of an initial consultation of 90 minutes and 2 follow-up consultations of 45 minutes each.

  • Option 2

    The health-course

    The best option for those who want help with their health with added guidance along the way. This could be for longer term goals or sustained support over a longer period. It consists of an initial consultation of 90 min and another 6 follow-ups of 30 minutes over the course of 12 weeks.

  • Option 3

    The gift of health

    This is a once-off consultation of 60min that can be given to someone you care deeply about. I meet them where they are at on their health journey and provide them with tools and information they need to take the next step. This option can be tailored to your needs, so feel free to request specific topics that you would like to be covered.
